Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide.


Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from our Hong Kong fulfillment warehouse.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly. Change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of ordering. After this window, requests cannot be applied.

If your order has already been processed, you may return it after delivery for a refund under our return policy.


What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Processing time is 1–3 business days from the order date. Orders are shipped after processing is complete. We do not process or ship on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods and promotions, processing may take slightly longer.


How long will delivery take?

Due to demand and international shipping times, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks after dispatch.

Tracking details are provided once your order ships.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, contact info@merevolo.com. You will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.


Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

Prices shown on our site are tax-exclusive in AUD.

Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged when your order arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs delays are outside our control. For details, contact your local customs office.


How do I return an item?

To start a return, email info@merevolo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide the next steps.


What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Contact support within a few days of delivery and include:

We will review and resolve the case as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

After approval, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days by your card issuer or payment provider. Processing times can vary by bank.
