We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by location.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Due to high demand, order may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Please email info@merevolo.com if you have any questions.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centres in China. You may be charged customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Email info@merevolo.com as soon as possible.

What if my order is delayed?
